Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. phoned to say they were coming on a Wednesday then on the wednesday they phoned to say they were going to have to come on the friday i had waited in both days and they never turned up at all i was outraged at this considering i had said in my ad i needed it done quickly!
