Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

Carl did several jobs for me: 1)waste removed from the Airey. 2)re-pointed brickwork in the top corners of the Airey. 3) Fill in gaps in the outside sill of the bay window. 4) replaced the original middle piece of the grating covering the vacant middle of the Airey with a piece of tarpaulin because there is a window there for the cellar.

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. Needed a job doing ASAP and Phil came and quoted the day I posted the ad and was round to do the work 2 days later. He arrived on time, made sure all the carpets from the front door up to where he was working where protected and didn't stop working all day. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed.
