They arrived on time, took the time that they had predicted (just two days) made very little mess and cleared everything up before they left. Both Alan, who came to assess the job, and the plasterer who completed it could not have been more pleasant, and the standard of the work is excellent. We were also provided with a 25-year guarantee. Good competitive quote. Excellent team of workers. Our original plan was changed by a suggested improvement by Chris (who deserves extra praise) which turned out to be brilliant. Slight increase in the price due to the extra work but well worth it. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to employ again if the quote was competitive. Not always sure when they were going to arrive in the morning but worked hard when they did. Kept to timescale. Well done to Hannah, Hash and their team.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

External Rendering. Someone as had work done after ours and rated excellent? WELL! Poor job done and conded out of our hard earned money. Way out of his depth doing this sort of work. Did a runner with money for unfinished and poor job. Promised? to refund some monies but now says he has given up Plastering and Rendering. Blocked my calls and does not seem to have a conscience, and not seen any refund.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.
