Ben is fast, helpful, positive, strong and he communicates really well. I had a rather complex removal (a lot of small bits of furniture which needed some creative spacial thinking to fit into small storage space). Ben spent an evening and a day with me. And really helped with everything. I asked him for a lot of tips on what to keep and what to throw away and came up with good solutions. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

He was very quick to point out that he had already paid rated people in the same text as his quote, he quoted without seeing the job, just a picture I sent, without discussing detail of the job, and when I replied with details of what I expected to be done and asking what he planned on doing, he did not even bother to reply. I hired them to do kitchen and bathroom cleaning. The job wasn’t done properly and wouldn’t recommend for the price. Didn’t clean the cabinets from the bottom and I decided not to go ahead with bathroom cleaning halfway through the job. I asked them to only clean the shower glass and I could do better job.

RUPERT has been tending to my garden for 5 or 6 weeks to date & is doing an excellent job. His hourly rate was slightly more expensive than I'd expected, but if his work continues as it has done so far it will be money well spent! He is punctual, reliable, cheerful & flexible & is doing exactly what I need; i.e. rescuing a garden where tlc had lapsed when my original gardener went awol. I don't have to tell him what to do; he just comes as promised & gets on with it as a long-term project. Ideal !!

The gardener turned on time on the said date. He did a good job trimming my conifer hedge. However I did ask for his contact details, which he promised he would forward the next day. So far after 2 weeks he has not done so. Therefore I will not be able to contact him for any future work.

I was really pleased with their initial work, landscape design and quoting. The agreed a period to come and do the work, then rushed to complete the work in a shorter period (I expect due to another job). After the had completed (and paid for) we began to notice issues - particularly in relation to wobbling patio stones and pot holes in the lawn. We contacted them on a number of occasions and they stated that they would come and relay the patio stones but they never did.

ILG accepted a job (installing planters on top of a - brand new - wall) that they did not actually know how to deliver. They worked things as they went along and it failed. They caused considerable damage to our newly rendered walls as a result. We have consulted with two other gardeners who confirmed that the installation was never going to work. Whilst ILG have admitted that they should issue a full refund and remove their installation, nearly a year later we are still waiting....

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.
