Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Brothers roofing did a good job of refurbishing the entire roof by replacing the felt, installing new lead flashings and capping the firewall. The roof is now watertight during persistent rain. Only comment would be that additional expenses were incurred that were not part of the original quote for example to move a tv arial and a few other things. Overall I would recommend them.

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Phil did a fantastic job on not only helping to cut back the overgrown trees & bushes and removal of items (wood store, composter, etc), but also built a fabulous herringbone brick pathway so I can more easily wheel my rubbish bins out to the street. Not only were both jobs done extremely professionally, but at a reasonable price. And Phil is a super nice guy. Will definitely be giving him more work!

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. SOME of the work was excellent - in particular the resurfacing of my garden with slate chip looks very nice BUT the felt peeled off the shed roof very quickly and I haven't been able to get him to make good the work :-( hr has offered a partial refund but that just dumps the problem back in my lap :-(

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose.
