We are a small family owned business specialising in the installation of wood-burning stoves and fireplaces; we now also have our own local showroom based in Nazeing, Essex where you can view our fully working stoves and fires on display. We are HETAS registered (5003) and fully insured; all of our stoves meet the new government Clean Burn 2022 regulations. The business is owned by Nick who retired after 31 years in the Fire Service; his role in the Fire Service was mainly as an operational officer in charge of fire engines and attending emergency 999 calls, but he also worked in the community fire safety department which included fire prevention. Nick studied to be a HETAS Engineer and has worked for several years as mobile wood-burning stove fitter, so in his professional life, Nick has seen both sides not only fitting stoves/fires into houses but also dealing with 999 calls relating to badly fitted stoves or fires. In the last year, Nick has constructed and custom built our showroom in the grounds of Tyndalls Garden Centre, which specialises in DEFRA approved wood-burning stoves, gas stoves plus gas and electric fires. All stoves building modifications and chimney breasts on display were fitted and built by Nick so you can see for yourself the high quality of workmanship that we offer; this includes fire surrounds, wooden beams, granite hearths and brick fire chambers. We are able to carry out every aspect of your install and also undertake complete re-furbishments and building projects; this includes twin walled chimney systems and pre-fabricated chimneys. Massively pleased with the work Nick did for us. We were left high and dry by our previous HETAS engineer with a half installed and uncertified wood burner. Nick was really clear on the work that needed to be done and completed everything efficiently and with no fuss. The quality of the installation is second to none. Would highly recommend NDT. I didn't actually use him to do the work so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, hence the "satisfactory" rating for quality and value. He arrived when promised and communication from him was good and he called back when promised. I was impressed by him and plan to use him for a big job in the future.

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. There was one issue where I wanted more shelves put up on the wall, this was no problem for Damien, he went out to get the extra brackets needed and got the job done. Thank you :)

This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
