Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Kieran was very professional. He came round on the day I placed the ad on rated.com to look at my property and provide me with 2 quotes. One was to repair my fence and the other was to completely replace it with a new one ( with a 15 year guarantee). In the end I went with the second option with Fox Landscapes to remove my old fence and put up a new fence with concrete posts. This was done on the agreed day and the end result was excellent. Jack and Ryan visited our property in April to remove 3/4 tonnes of stone, level, remove block-work, lay new top soil and finally cut fresh turf to cover our garden. They came on time, worked relentlessly and did a first-class job. Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. Agreed to do the work and quoted a daily rate and start date, then before starting work advise that the job was too much for him and he would need to bring a friend. Arrived on the day and advised that his friends day rate was £40.00 more than we agreed. However we decided to go ahead and they completed the job (replacement of most radiators in the house). They did a good job and we paid them but they left without giving us a receipt, All subsequent contact from us went unanswered.
