Reached out on the day of posting the requirement. Negotiated price and work to be undertaken. We discussed materials to be used in the all in price (using plywood which is more expensive than MDF) but better for structural integrity, strength and durability (I have kids that stomp around the house and stairs). Reasonably priced, did as he said. Kept noise to a minimum and brought own tools. Would recommend and will use again.????????

He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. The man put some plastic beading around my bath. The first time I used it (3 days later) it peeled away from the wall. He should have filled the bath first to prevent this happening. On the plus side, he didn't respond to my complaint so at least I hadn't paid him for the complete waste of time!

I admit I did need it done asap, but although it was a good job on quick examination, after when I was cleaning I noticed parts that had been missed and there was paint on the carpet. Didn't want to complain as he was very accommodating, so just left it, the paint came off with a damp cloth. I would recommend him as, as Ive said he is very accommodating. and fair price.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

I am sorry to say that after doing one job well for us Keith proved untrustworthy when we left him the key to our house to refurb the kitchen while we were on holiday. It seemed like a good idea. Wrong! The story is long and he has his 'excuses'. We felt let down and put at risk when he subcontracted all the work to people we didn't know, gave them our alarm code and left the key with them too. IF he does the work it's okay but we wouldnt dream of engaging him again. Sorry Keith.
