Lyudmil gave us a very good quote to repair our broken fence. two fence panes and a post. He cemented the post in and the shaped the panels to where the existing ones used to be. I wanted to wait a few day's before leaving a review as I was keen on after the jobs leaks not occurring. The bathrooms are on the first floor and I've had the challenge of leakage to through the ceilings in the past. I'm quite pleased with the work completed, I've not reason to call him back, the work is neat up to a high standard and tidied up after. Overall very pleased.

Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.
