Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

We have all requirements tools plus we use dust extractor M-CLASS to work dust free by legal requirements also we have liability insurance up to 2 millions to cover us if anything go wrong.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Dean did an excellent job replacing all my internal doors. He did a very neat job and tidied up along the way. The price was reasonable in comparison with other quotes I had. We did hit a snag with the frames - not Dean's fault - but he returned at the weekend to fix the problem. Communication was very good - quick and easy - and he always turned up on time.
