George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. Meanwhile the house renovation is stopped with no hot water or heating! :-) Didn't want to give any stars but post wouldn't complete without,

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

The work done on our home was excellent however we are now waiting for the guarantee of work certificate as promised and after 4 attempts to obtain this my messages are not being answered. This is a shame as the work was good. If you are thinking of selling your home and need the certificate as we now do I would not recommend.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After completing the work I requested a receipt for the cash and was told it would be in the post and he couldn't sign one now. Still no receipt or contact after almost 4 weeks. A follow up was promised with extra things they could attach to the windows to prevent whistling and to confirm work was satisfactory, they never returned. Good start disappointing finish.
