George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

Jamie was on time to give me a quote. When I asked him about the negative reviews he had received he explained that on one of the jobs the customer was a substance user and so would not deal with them and rated jobs would not remove the comments!! Jamie is a very likable guy and goes the extra mile. His workmanship is also excellent. I will be using him again.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. CPs comment is a misrepresentation as not only was it readily agreed to pay extra for repainting one side of 7 panels but in fact a small bonus was added.It is also the case that I assisted CP with lifting panels in and out - the resiting took about 2 to 3 minutes per panel and affected only 6. CP damaged a washing spinner and neither offered apology nor compensation.Far from being fussy I take pride in the way my home looks and welcome professional trade support .

The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.
