Fix It Fabrications have done a great job for us. Steve and Rob have assembled a great team of tradesmen. The job was done on time and on budget and to a good standard of quality. We decided to completely remodel and refurbish our 3-bedroom semi-detached house. Steve not only fabricated some of the steel beams in his own workshop, he also provided project management throughout, and advised us on the design for the loft room. Most importantly, Steve is a builder I can trust, I would use his company again.

NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.

Well what can you say about Steve? The fella is one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet. Polite and very easy to get on with. We posted the job, Steve replied, a couple of texts were sent and he came round to look at the job. Agreed a price and a day and he turned up on time. Talked you through the job, very clean worker and a great job done skimming a wall and ceiling. Steve advised us of the next process as well.
