Sam was just amazing. We had a major loft conversion and house extension done. At first we just asked him to refit the existing kitchen, which he did brilliantly. Then we asked him to build fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. After that there were a dozen small joinery jobs such as building shelf units at the ends of the baths, boxing in pipes etc. And there was tiling. Everything was done to a very high quality, very quickly, with creative input, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is strongly recommended.

Specialising in bathroom and kitchen transformations, we are experienced in all areas of the industry including office interiors, school washrooms, bespoke receptions, partitioning, tea points, structural alterations, garage conversions, etc .Nigel and Barry Lawrence are descendants of the Lawrence family builders of Maidstone; (R. Lawrence & sons) which began building and contracting in 1903. CSCS cards (Construction safety) and DRB checks held, plus all necessary liability insurances . City and Guilds trained at Bucks University College in cabinet making. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met . Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.
