We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.
