Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

He did an excellent job in replacing the facia around my garage and repaired all the leaks on the guttering. he also replaced a few cracked and broken tiles on the roof of both garage and house. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.
