James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. An immediate and competative quote, we were advised of a work schedule and who to expect on site. They were prompt and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard within the time frame. Their transport was signwritten and smart, their jumpers had their logo, this is a good indication of pride in their work. When subcontractors were left on site the boss returned and checked on their progress and ensured they were well supplied with materials. Highly recommended thank you a good job well done.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased.
