Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and understood exactly what I wanted before starting work. There were a few additional bits and pieces of work that I asked to be done including removal of some stumps, we agreed a price and they were able to do that at the same time. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Dan has completed both our ensuite and our bathroom to a very high standard and unlike other companies who quoted given us what we wanted not what they provide. Dan was very accomodating at getting the little extras and doing additional works when asked. The only issues were with a drawer front and the cistern lid which were both damaged on delivery and we are still waiting for them tobe replaced 12 weeks on. My only advice would be if there is anything like this keep a reasonable retention back (I paid in full on completion of the main works) otherwise Dan can be a little difficult to get hold of. We did have a leak (not really down to Dan original fitting was in bad condition) which he did responde to very well. It's just having been leaving voicemail on his mobile every two days for the last four weeks with no reply not sure his warrentee is going to be worth very much! All that aside I would still use Dan again as his work is very good and he is very personable.

Giles quickly surveyed the job, gave me a firm quote and stuck to it, even tho' he had to get some more turf to finish the job. He raked off and prepared the ground in double-quick time and the turf was laid by mid afternoon. Job done! And done quickly which was what I wanted.

Quoted £35 ... Tried to fix lights. After 45 mins the problem was not sorted and the price went to £100 to fix. So did not use. The new price included new wiring.

Lowes Construction installed a bathroom for us initially the work appeared to be good but he took 4 times the length of time quoted, he asked for his money leaving some of the jobs unfinished and then would not respond to our calls, e mails or letters asking when the work would be finished. When notified that the shower leaked, sinks were incorrectly positioned, damaged panel not replaced. he did not return to repair any of the problems raised. I would not reccomend anyone to employ this company.
I've been in business with a friend for 13 years and have a lot of experience in the joinery trade. We cover all aspects of joinery from floors to roofs. We take great pride in our finishing We also have the use of a workshop so bespoke items can be made.

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

Job started off well but there were issues afterwards. Walls are not level, the pointing is not right and the opening of the doorway is way out of level. They have not filled in block work joints on the outside and rainwater is seeping in. I have to pay for another bricklayer to put everything right. Would I recommend these guys? No chance.

Unreliable. He came to give quote and we agreed a date to start work. He didn't turn up, no communication from him. Kept saying he would turn up on various days then didn't. No communication. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.

Arrived on time to discuss a quote swapped idea's prices and options. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. And for some reason he never phoned or returned with the quote. A complete waste of my time
