We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.

What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Pure water window cleaning using the latest reach and wash system. We also clean conservatory’s, fascias and soffits and shop signage. We also offer gutter clearing and cleaning services using the latest gutter vacuums so we can work safely from the ground. We do one offs aswell as regular cleans.

Very quick response worked cleanly and provided all paint for ceiling and wood work. I supplied wall paper and paste. Would use him for painting again but wallpapering I needed to call him back to stick some areas down a couple days later. He was very keen to right this problem and brought some special glue. I am satisfied now.

I used Dariusz / Magic Roofing for the first time on 10/09/16 and was very pleasantly surprised. The job had been inspected & quoted for within 24 hours. I was happy with the price quoted and arranged an installation date for the coming weekend. The team turned up on time with the materials and immediately started work. The job was completed within 8 hours and I was really happy with the standard of work completed. I'd recommend them to anybody needing a fibreglass roof.
