During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. Ray did an exceptional job decorating several rooms in our grade 2 listed property. Each room required fairly extensive preparation which he undertook meticulously over a period of time. This was followed by the use of oil based undercoat and oil based satin paint for the woodwork which is the preferred option for a more durable effect on woodwork. The end result was first class and undertaken at a highly competitive rate. I will be using Ray again and I am confident that future clients will be delighted

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.

The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it.
