There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. Sam was great - he co-ordinated with our plumber as he was fitting flooring, arrived on time and even went to get additional items on my behalf. The job was finished in a day and the 2 rooms look great finished. All the rubbish was bagged and cleared from the house and he cleaned everywhere after the job. Would definitely recommend ???

This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Chris came to quote for the job quickly and suggested ideas to help us with our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch throughout and arrived on time to complete the work. The finish of the work from Chris and also the plumber he organised to plumb the sink, tile, reconnect the gas hob and seal was excellent and we are very happy with the completed job.
