I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Ifound paul to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job in replacing the facia around my garage and repaired all the leaks on the guttering. he also replaced a few cracked and broken tiles on the roof of both garage and house. I also got him back to clear the moss off the roof as I was very happy with his work. I highly recommend this tradesman and would use him again and again.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. We booked Piotr for what he thought would be 4 day's worth of work, to strip back 2 old cupboards of mouldy and damp plaster, treat the walls, then plaster again to a perfect finish. He arrived promptly every day, providing regular updates. Piotr finished the original job to a great standard a day early, and was therefore able to fit in an extra plastering job we had been putting off, to repair some cracks in the artex of the bedroom ceiling, then resurface it all to a smooth finish. Would highly recommend.
