We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. Very unsatisfied customers, extremely annoyed with the poor service received. It's taken 5-6 weeks to get an integrated washing machine door fitted. John doesn't answer your calls, doesn't update you, and left us thinking we won't ever get our door back. It was all unnecessary really. Honesty is all we wanted, just came up with an excuse for the delay. Sorry if you read this John, but I hope you don't do the same to others!

Two men turned up after quoting for the job of supplying and fixing a UPVC panel on the facia of our garage and rubbing down and painting the door frame. They fitted the panel but left gaps at the edges unsealed. They,painted the frame with one coat of paint, but this has soaked in and they failed to return as they promised to complete the job. They were payed in full in cash. They said they would bring a receipt when they returned which they never did.

Didn't actually use them in the end as the quote was rediculously expensive and originally quoted in Euros. The person who came to quote wasn't doing the work and spoke little English.

Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
