Lovely people and the work was very well done and very helpful advice given -we'd have them again. The tidying up inside was also very good but outside it wasn't done properly. They came back to check work done and rectified some small issues but tidying outside could still have been better.

After doing a good job I was really upset to find that the work had some issues and when I contacted the tradesman to fix it he keeps giving me the run around! Such a shame as I wanted to use him for other jobs too

Although Paul initially replied to the quote promptly and did the job on the same day; we were left with a hole in the wall from the fixing of the blinds. Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. We were quoted an extremely competitive price (Charlies quote was almost half of that quoted by a well-known competitor) and once we had accepted his quote, we were amazed at how quickly work began. It was carried out with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Charlie has transformed what was once a cold, unusable room into a functioning extension to out home. I definitely recommend him.

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

I had initially been given a reasonable quote for the work required. After the work had started, they offered to build a new wetroom and install a new megaflow tank. Halfway through the job, he said the cost had increased and wanted to charge me 50% more. I was furious as I had my budget set already. I disagreed and had several arguments, where Anthony Baafi was being extremely unreasonable. In the end I had to pay a bit more, as I just wanted to get the work finished. I do not recommend them to anyone!

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
