They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Very fast response to my job posting and available to view the floor for a quote within 2 days. Job was carried out within one week to a great standard - very fast fitting (within 4 hours) and good finish to sealing and replacement of all bathroom furniture. All rubbish was taken away for me as well. Price was very reasonable - much cheaper than the other quote I received and they were very willing to come back to carry out other jobs as required.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Did a poor job. Begged to be paid and promised to return to fix issues. He never did and ignores messages. Felt not sealed properly, bubbled out and on the front where visible. Knocked 2 bricks completely loose and just left them like that. Didn't mention them. Regret taking a punt on him. Silly of me to pay the full amount. You live and learn.

They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. I will not recommend this service to anyone. If I could rate zero, I would. They posted for my job, and I expected a call from them, but did not get one. I had to call them a day after and left numerous text messages on their mobile number, if which they denied receiving. I called them again and asked if they were interested in doing the job and if not they should let me know so I could look for an alternative and they hung up the phone on me. This was completely unprofessional. Not to be recommended!

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
