Naim did a superb job designing and building us a fitted wardrobe. We're really pleased with the quality of the finish. We picked the colour and handles ourselves and he advised us about what would work. It's really transformed our bedroom. Very fast response to my job posting and available to view the floor for a quote within 2 days. Job was carried out within one week to a great standard - very fast fitting (within 4 hours) and good finish to sealing and replacement of all bathroom furniture. All rubbish was taken away for me as well. Price was very reasonable - much cheaper than the other quote I received and they were very willing to come back to carry out other jobs as required.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. Quoted on our work, which was accepted and deposit paid. Then four weeks out from the agreed start date, said he'd forgotten to include costs for a full roof replacement (hip to gable extension) so it would be almost £30,000 more than the original price. We could not move forward, and £2,500 of our deposit was not returned to us as steels had already been purchased and cut (but he refused to connect us with the supplier so we could retain these for use in our project).

I had initially been given a reasonable quote for the work required. After the work had started, they offered to build a new wetroom and install a new megaflow tank. Halfway through the job, he said the cost had increased and wanted to charge me 50% more. I was furious as I had my budget set already. I disagreed and had several arguments, where Anthony Baafi was being extremely unreasonable. In the end I had to pay a bit more, as I just wanted to get the work finished. I do not recommend them to anyone!
