Kris from KPT Building was excellent. He was very prompt and worked quickly and neatly. He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! He managed to salvage the old shower cubicle and refitted it perfectly. He was very efficient and we would highly recommend him.

My new rating for Jack is not based on completion of the work, but rather to prevent him losing any other work on the basis of my previous review. To date the work has not been done; however Jack has made contact to explain why he was unable to reply to me, and is now able to view/quote for the project, so I don't want to damage his reputation unfairly.

Andrew, one of their carpenter’s turned up at the agreed times, we found out he does staircases so we got him to fit our new hand/baserails and spindles as well as laying our floor. Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.
