The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Would avoid at all costs. Quoted for the job in January, price agreed, due to bad weather we agreed to delay installation until better weather. Date work was due to be completed he was a no show (due to son being ill) and i was informed by text. Contact was made and we both agreed the work would still go ahead and that he would ring to give me a date for the installation. It's now June and i am STILL waiting for the contact. Very poor attitude would never recommend this company.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards
