This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. Excellent, professional Mark & Jay did an excellent job, from first meeting, discussing our requirements, to 3d design drawings, to choosing the right kitchen & fittings. The time frame did run over agreed time, but the end result was worth it. They actually added more character to our kitchen, with hidden extras, i . e tray shelf, bespoke heating cupboard with double doors. They respected our property, as we just had new carpets, they removed their shoes, we had no issue giving them a key to come and go.
