After a couple of weeks of laying our Kardean flooring our downstairs neighbours informed us that they had water pouring through their ceiling. Upon inspection, and after ripping up a vast majority of our new flooring, it was found that the 25mm nails that Greg had used to fix the plywood down to the 18mm floorboards had PUNCTURED A WATER PIPE in 2 places. Once Greg was informed of this he has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY for this whatsoever and has NO INSURANCE to pay us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They insulated the 2nd bedroom to prevent consesation and therefore damp. They were available straight away and got on with the job. They completed the job as planned and the room looks like new. Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.

Had work done from this trade person. tiles had movement after 6 months start to crack had a professional to come rectify work. Tiles was installed not correctly. Adhesive blobbled on to tiles not even spread evenly!

Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.

Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

I had to sack Andrei's team after the first day for a few reasons: 1. They were over an hour late both the day of work and the next day before I sacked them 2. He quoted me a price for 2 days work but sent only 2 people, 1 was a labourer who had no clue what to do with the materials I supplied, cut them wrrong, wasted them etc - at that rate it would have taken at least 5 days 3. The work was bad. Every single thing they did we have to redo - handles crooked, door frames loose, inaccurate carpentry - BAD.

I asked this person to rebuild a damaged bin container just like the one next to it. He gave me an acceptable quote and I was paying for materials. The adjoining bin was made from 3/4 ply and he used 1/4 inch MDF that began to dissolve with the first rain. He accused me of sabotaging his work and even suggested somebody had jumped on it! In our subsequent text exchange he even used the F word. I’m now having to have the whole job redone. His skills appear to be limited and he has a short temper.
