Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

Work was done on the roof & guttering - not an expert enough to really comment on quality of work. Looks ok, but time will tell. BUT, here's the issue: I'm still waiting for the invoice/guarantee! Told on several occasions, will get it on the day but still waiting & don't expect it now. 5 stars if I had confidence of a guarantee! So sort out paperwork beforehand!

After I posted the high 5 star rating, the quality of work and attention to detail dramatically reduced. One piece of wallpaper was ripped and stuck down again rather than replacing with a new strip. 2 Yrs on, some of the paper is lifting away from the walls. There is a part of it with bubbles. For this I remove 3 stars.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Steve was extremely polite and offered me the best quote. He promptly carried out the repair work but sadly, within weeks of the work being done, my roof was leaking badly again. All attempts to contact him since have proved unsuccessful, as calls to the two mobile phones I have for him are always diverted to his voicemail.
