Roger and his team did exactly what we asked and more, he suggested and moved a tree for me to balance the front at no extra cost. Etmond and the team arrived early and quickly got to it and were able to complete our work in a single day which was a good result. We had landing floorboards and some steps on the stairs replaced which couldn’t be seen until the carpets were taken up, so Etmond and the team had to figure a few things out after they began and their experience was very useful in that situation. The work was done to a high standard and they left the flat very clean after cleaning up once the work was complete.

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
