Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. He is a skilled, efficient worker who worked out how he could creatively improve our set up and achieved just that, providing us with much more space in that area. Not sure what happened to my original rating which I left soon after the job was completed. Happy with the job that Chris and his colleague completed. Did have a small problem with the lock needing adjustment a week or two later. Chris' colleague came back and made some adjustments. I've since oiled the lock and it's working much better. All in all Chris and his partner did a good job, no complaints. I would be happy to engage him again.

BEWARE!! Hired Nell to fit Magnet kitchen, electrical sockets, appliances, tiling and decorating. He started then said would have to complete in a week because of job after mine. Worked for just over a week, then did not turn up. I chased him, he said would return next week, then ignored me. I queried with Nell about Elec Cert and he said he would not come back! Left me with mess! Cut units wrong so cupboards all wrong depth! Elec wires hanging exposed from wall! Terrible joins and workmanship..DO NOT HIRE!
