Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

I would recommend simon to anyone, very honest and exstreamily reliabill. Done a fantastic job. Was quoted £98 by another tradesman, to replace a shower. Qualified electrician and part p compliant and time served chippie. With my business partner being qualified plumber ex gas safe also a time served plaster. Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

The sink never been leaking and we never had any problem with our boiler plus he never replied about the broken door?? The reality is now I have to change the boiler (2000 pounds) , fix a leaking plumming,fix a broken door and another electrcian, thanks to the wife for stopping any further work, you might be a good electrician but you have to pay attention to where you work.

I can see why this company have no ratings - they couldn't even be bothered to turn up for a quote! I finished work early and waited in for over three hours, at which point I called to find out what was going on. No answer, and no return call to explain what happened. Total time wasters.
