We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. While I accept that anyone can have a run of bad luck, he was unable to complete work agreed for various reasons on three different agreed dates - twice because of illness and on one occasion because of trouble with his van.
