Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. Very unsatisfied customers, extremely annoyed with the poor service received. It's taken 5-6 weeks to get an integrated washing machine door fitted. John doesn't answer your calls, doesn't update you, and left us thinking we won't ever get our door back. It was all unnecessary really. Honesty is all we wanted, just came up with an excuse for the delay. Sorry if you read this John, but I hope you don't do the same to others!

he never came to my house to check if my measurements were correct, he then called back to ask if i had any other quotes i advised i hadnt, he said because if i had, received a quote for say 400, he wouldnt bother wasting his time putting it on paper and coming round to pop it into my door, now i might not of necessarily of gone for the cheapest quote, so as he couldnt be bothered, i found a tiler who laid it for me.
