We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. We have a small bathroom and could only do a like-for-like replacement, so wanted something basic. The work was professionally done, we were consulted when Phil ran into problems that needed our decision and we were happy to leave him to get on with things alone. Phil had a great work ethic, kept the hallway carpet protected through the job and tidied up after himself really well at the end. He was also happy to throw in little extras without changing the quote. Overall we were really happy with the work.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.
