In addition Claudiu Florin Draghic did not: - manage the project and is very disorganised - initial time estimate for project was 6w and it turned into 5months. Considerable costs to us. - Claudiu's warranty is useless. He says 12months but doesn't come back to correct defects. - significant faulty issues with Claudius Florin Draghici work.

We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

This company was highly responsive to my request; an emergency situation that had left a vulnerable elderly mum without water or heating. From posting my request on Rated People on a Sunday, within half an hour the company responded, visited the property later that day and provided a quote. Within 48 hours the job had been completed to a high standard and an additional job on request relating to fixing a toilet. A little pricey but given the response time to be expected as an emergency call out. Thank you

booked ben and crew for a job. all seemed well, until suddenly they went awol on us.we have tried for 9 days to contact both ben&barry;, and despite leaving numerous text messages, voicemail messages,emails, and even a facebook message we have had no return contact whatsoever. until this point, they seemed very friendly and keen. with 2 days to go before work is supposed to start, we have been left in the lurch,as they obviously are not planning on showing up. could not recommend at all! very poor service!

I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Rubbish took trader 3 weeks to clear, Finish in some places shoddy, work left unfinished as the job was rushed. Workman had to be asked to come back and finish the job. The plumber had to make radical alterations to the bath panel to compensate for the uneven finish of the end walls. I wish I had gone with the previous trader who was more expensive but came highly recommended !
