They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.
