Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. Mark is such a genuine, decent and honest guy who I instantly felt at home with. He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees.
