Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous.
