It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !

Kent Kitchens approached us on the grounds of being experienced and reliable, but they proved categorically otherwise. The book-shelving was the worst job i've ever had done and will cost me a fortune to put right. All the tradesmen who have subsequently entered the property have been astonished at the shoddy workmanship I paid good money for. Despite Kent Kitchens claiming to have had years of experience, the job was badly planned and poorly executed and they were expensive and unreliable to boot. AVOID.
