Girenas was very thorough, spending half an hour measuring and calculating before even offering a quote. The quote seemed very reasonable and we accepted him to do our work - boxing in a boiler in the kitchen. The walls were very uneven and Girenas spent the time and attention to individually cut the wooden supports so that they would fit the curves of the wall. Attention to detail was superb and has resulted in a top quality cupboard unit to cover our boiler. Would definitely recommend him.

This stair had been broken for a long time, and if I had known I could have someone like John come over and make everything so easy, I would have done it much earlier. Simple job turned out to be not so simple. Turned up exactly when he said he would, did a good job, including taking on the extra degree of difficulty we had not foreseen. Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.
