He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

I recommended this tradesperson to a family member. There was a no show on the day in question and an alternative day was arranged. There was again a no show on the second attempt. Despite numerous attempts to contact, they did not respond. This work was arranged outside of Rated People so my family member was unable to leave a negative review. Based on the decline in customer service and reliability of this tradesperson, I would not be able to recommend to others.

I was very pleased with punctuality and value for money. However, one of the jobs quoted and paid for i.e. fixing the toilet has not been done properly and is as bad as before he looked at it and my calls have been ignored for 3 weeks to rectify this. also a crack in a wall keeps reappearing and there was red paint on a cream carpet which was not brought to my attention and a professional carpet cleaner could not remove.

Rubbish took trader 3 weeks to clear, Finish in some places shoddy, work left unfinished as the job was rushed. Workman had to be asked to come back and finish the job. The plumber had to make radical alterations to the bath panel to compensate for the uneven finish of the end walls. I wish I had gone with the previous trader who was more expensive but came highly recommended !

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
