Liam is a very reliable and hardworking contractor. He assisted us with design ideas for our new kitchen and completed all work to a high standard. He gave us a very competitive rate and managed all work through the really terrible December 2010 weather, which caused our kitchen delivery to be set back almost 2 weeks. During this period he managed the other building and installation work ensuring everything was ready for the kitchen delivery. Despite the kitchen only being delivered on 21 Dec he worked right through to Christmas Eve, returning the day after boxing day to complete the kitchen installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to our friends and family and will certainly consider him for any future work.

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

He and his colleague came at the agreed time, assessed the jobs and negotiated a reasonable price for the list of small jobs I had. Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.

It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. Our conservatory and kitchen floor upgrade was complted to a very high standard (and I am not easily pleased!) All of the professionals that were used to build, tile, plaster and plumb were all really nice, very professional and did an amazing job. Due to the age of our house we needed additional electrical work to accomodate building regulations, there was a leak in our dishwasher that we never knew about until the original tiling on the floor was lifted and due to the size of the room our patio supporting was needed moving. All of these additional jobs were completed as part of the build which made my life alot easier. I am sitting in my conservatory now writing this recommendation with a very big smile.
