The tradesperson, Lewis, came to give me a quote, we got chatting and he offered to repair the damaged 6 meter fence FREE OF CHARGE! I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.
