He was very willing to adapt to suggested changes whilst staying on a tight schedule throughout. Even when we didn't have a couple of cabinet storage options available, he willingly came back 2 weeks later to finish the job at no extra cost. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.
