Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

A smart job. We requested a drawing as I was concerned that they might have a problem with fitting the wardrobe in the space. Edgar said he would be doing a drawing so was happy to share. We provided some comments which Edgar took on board. He had the whole unit made off site so it took him 10 minutes to fit. Very pleased with the job.

Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

From day one We were very impressed by level of work offered by this company and its workers. We were given a quote on what would be the price for main work and this was followed. Any extras apart of course. The two workers that came to do the job were extremely clean, making sure all other areas of the house were protected, especially our brand new floor, which they covered with hard duty plastic to ensure it would not be damaged. The workers were extremely knowledgeable of what they had to do, and were also open for suggestions from both me and my wife. Whenever we wanted to change something on the work, they would gladly raise to the challenge. The end result was a Walking Shower Room fit for a 5 star hotel. The attention to detail was second to none, and the way on which the workers conducted themselves was extremely professional and very friendly. I will definitely use them again for already planned work on exterior door and internal bits the wife is already planning to do. I would recommend this company any time and would gladly open my house for viewing if needed. We are extremely happy with this trader and the excellent work provided.
