Etmond and the team arrived early and quickly got to it and were able to complete our work in a single day which was a good result. We had landing floorboards and some steps on the stairs replaced which couldn’t be seen until the carpets were taken up, so Etmond and the team had to figure a few things out after they began and their experience was very useful in that situation. I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. They worked extremely hard & long hours to get the work complete in time as promised. I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! They are a highly professional firm, from understanding our requirements to finishing the work. The estimate itemised every aspect of the job, with a price for each item, and a 'virtual' picture of how it would look. They worked hard, with few breaks, and tidied up at the end of each day. We are delighted with the result, and would recommend them to anybody.

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I am absolutely delighted with my cupboard - it is better than I had expected it to be. It was built mainly off site and fitted over the course of two days. It was built exactly as I wanted it to be, cleverly blending the surrounding features such as the Victorian skirting and coving. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and portfolio that I added a fitted 'TV unit' to the job. The team were very careful to protect the surrounding area and tidy up afterwards. Make sure that you look at their portfolio as it showcases the breadth of their skills and the quality of their work.
