We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Vio is a lovely guy. We originally got him to fix our kitchen that was installed badly by someone else but had to wait for a new work top. He ended up fitting a laminate floor in our bedroom and vinyl tiles in the bathroom and toilet as well. Very reliable and works very hard. Looking forward to having our kitchen fixed next week. Would definately recommend him.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . 7 interior doors fitted. From the start Nasif impressed me with his professionalism by informing himself with the type of doors bought, the sizes and then providing a quotation for the work. I did have to wait a while for the start date but the did not bother me because it told me that they were in high demand. On the day of the job Nasif and his team turned up on time. They worked continuously throughout the day, made sure the doors fitted perfectly and tidy up when finished. Would definitely hire again

Bathroom refurbishment was a reasonably complex job as it required moving the existing suite into a different position, installing a seperate shower, alcove , hidden toilet cistern, dropping the ceiling and laying a new floor. Job ran over schedule due to some difficulties with last minute changes that i requested, but Martin was able to accomodate these and offer advice as the job progressed. Finished bathroom looks very good with no snagging list to work through. Very easy and realiable person to work with and have asked him to quote for other work that i need doing and would happily recommend him to other people.
